Kristie Staton began studying Oriental dance in 1999 from both local and international dance artists.  She considers herself to be a perpetual student and continues to explore various performing arts of the Middle and Far East.  Kristie is co-founder of the professional dance troupe, Ruby Scarab.

In her real life, Kristie runs Graphically Speaking, a full-service graphic design studio, founded in 1998.  The studio provides tools that are essential to business growth, including logos, branding, brochures, advertisements and websites.
